Under the Block Exemption Regulation you are entitled to have a vehicle serviced anywhere, using parts of matching quality, without losing the manufacturer warranty. We keep proper records and stamp the book, so you are covered.

Do you service all makes and models?
Yes, from small hatchbacks to vans and 4x4s. We follow the manufacturer's schedule and use quality parts, so your service history stays valid.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
No. Under block exemption rules you can have a car serviced by an independent garage without affecting the manufacturer's warranty, as long as the work follows the schedule and uses suitable parts — which ours does.
How long do accident repairs take?
It depends on the damage and parts availability. Light cosmetic work can take a day or two; structural repairs longer. We give you a realistic timescale with the quote.
Is collection and delivery really included?
Yes, within our normal area. We collect the car, carry out the work and bring it back, so you do not have to take time off.
Will you call me before doing extra work?
Always. If we find something beyond what you booked, we call you with a price first. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.

Our yard is at Standard Wharf, 189 Manor Road in Erith, DA8 2AD, and every truck starts from there. If you are in Bexley, Dartford, Greenwich or anywhere in that belt we are usually with you inside half an hour. Further into London or out towards Medway and Maidstone it is closer to an hour. Ring us with your postcode and we will give you a real number rather than a hopeful one — and if somebody closer would genuinely reach you faster in an emergency, we will say so.
