What should I do straight after an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe and call 999 if anyone is hurt or the road is blocked. Swap details with the other driver, take photos of the scene and the damage, and then ring us on 07961 100260. If the police are on scene, tell them we are on our way.
Will my insurer pay for the recovery?
Often, yes — accident recovery is usually part of a claim. Keep the reference number we give you and pass it to your insurer or claims company. We are happy to speak to them directly and send our invoice and storage details.
Can you store my car while the claim is sorted?
Yes. We can keep the vehicle at our gated, monitored yard in Erith until your insurer decides whether to repair or write it off. You can visit to collect belongings by arrangement.
Can you repair the damage as well?
Yes. Our own workshop handles accident and bodywork repairs, so if you want, the car can go straight from recovery into repair without a second tow. If your insurer insists on an approved repairer, we will deliver it there instead.
