Not every job is an emergency. We move a great many vehicles by appointment: cars bought at auction or online, project cars that are not road legal, SORN vehicles that cannot be driven at all, and trade deliveries for local garages and dealers.

Getting an accurate price
We need four things: the collection postcode, the delivery postcode, the make and model, and whether the vehicle rolls, steers and brakes. That last one matters enormously — a car that will not roll needs winching, which is a different job. Mention anything unusual too: no keys, low ride height, oversized wheels, or a tight garage to get out of. Surprises on site are what turn a fixed price into a revised one.
Before you drive an auction car home
A car that has been standing for months has soft brakes, perished tyres and old fuel. A long drive home is a harsh way to find out what is wrong with it. Transporting it costs less than the recovery you might otherwise need halfway.

How do I get a price for moving a car?

Can you move a car that does not run or has no keys?
Yes. Non-runners, no-key vehicles and cars with seized brakes are winched onto the flatbed. Let us know in advance so we bring the right equipment.
Do you collect cars from auctions?
Yes — we regularly collect from the major auction houses. Send us the lot details and release paperwork, and we will collect and deliver to your door or your garage.
Is my car insured while you transport it?
Yes. We carry goods-in-transit insurance as well as public liability, and certificates are available on request.
Do you move cars outside London and Kent?
Yes. Emergency call-outs are local by necessity, but pre-booked transport runs nationwide.

Our yard is at Standard Wharf, 189 Manor Road in Erith, DA8 2AD, and every truck starts from there. If you are in Bexley, Dartford, Greenwich or anywhere in that belt we are usually with you inside half an hour. Further into London or out towards Medway and Maidstone it is closer to an hour. Ring us with your postcode and we will give you a real number rather than a hopeful one — and if somebody closer would genuinely reach you faster in an emergency, we will say so.
