How it works
- Tell us your registration and where the vehicle is. We will confirm your MOT due date.
- We collect the vehicle from your home or workplace at a time that suits you.
- The MOT is carried out, and we call you before any additional work is authorised.
- We return the vehicle to you with the certificate and the paperwork.
Repairs and retests
Where a vehicle fails, we can carry out the repairs ourselves and put it straight back in for the retest, so you are not chasing two different places. You will always get a clear price before any work starts, and we will tell you honestly which advisories genuinely need attention now and which can wait.
A useful reminder
You can have your MOT done up to one month minus a day before it expires and keep the same renewal date. Leaving it until the last day means that if something fails, the car is off the road until it is fixed. Book it early — it costs nothing extra.

How does MOT collection work?
Tell us your registration and where the car is. We confirm the MOT due date, collect the car at a time that suits you, carry out the test at our workshop and return it — usually the same day.
What happens if my car fails its MOT?
We call you with the reasons and a fixed price for the repairs. If you agree, we do the work and re-test it straight away. If you would rather take it elsewhere, that is your choice — you only pay for the test.
Can I have a service at the same time as the MOT?
Yes, and it is often cheaper and quicker to do both in one visit. Ask for an interim or full service when you book.
How early can I MOT my car?
You can have the MOT up to a month (minus a day) before it runs out and keep the same renewal date. We can check your due date from the registration.
Do I need to be at home for the collection?
No. Many customers leave the keys with a neighbour, a concierge or reception at work. We agree the arrangements with you in advance.

Our yard is at Standard Wharf, 189 Manor Road in Erith, DA8 2AD, and every truck starts from there. If you are in Bexley, Dartford, Greenwich or anywhere in that belt we are usually with you inside half an hour. Further into London or out towards Medway and Maidstone it is closer to an hour. Ring us with your postcode and we will give you a real number rather than a hopeful one — and if somebody closer would genuinely reach you faster in an emergency, we will say so.
