We supply both new and second hand parts for most makes and models. Because we also buy in motor failures and damaged vehicles, we hold a steady stock of used parts that came off cars we have taken in ourselves — which means we know their history rather than guessing at it.

Getting the right part first time
Ring us with the registration number rather than the make and model. It is the single most useful thing you can give us. Manufacturers change specifications mid-model-year without announcing it, and two cars that look identical on the driveway can take entirely different parts. The registration tells us the exact build.
For body panels, tell us the paint code as well — it is on the sticker in the door shut or under the bonnet. We can often supply a panel in your colour, which saves the cost of a respray.
New or second hand?
For anything safety-critical or wear-related — brakes, belts, filters, clutches — we would normally recommend new. For panels, lights, trim, wheels and mechanical assemblies, a good used part does the same job for a fraction of the price, and on an older car it is often the difference between repairing it and writing it off.
We will give you both options and an honest view of which makes sense for your car.
Fitting
We have our own workshop, so we can fit what we supply. That matters more than it sounds: when one firm supplies and fits, there is no argument about whether a fault is the part or the fitting. We can also collect the vehicle, do the work and bring it back.

How do I find out if you have a part?
Ring 07961 100260 with the registration and the part you need. We check our stock of used parts and can order new ones for most makes.
Do your used parts come with a guarantee?
Used parts are tested where possible and come with a short warranty. Because most come from vehicles we bought in ourselves, we know their history. Ask us about the specific part.
Can you fit the part for me?
Yes. We can fit it in our own Erith workshop, and collect and return the car if you need us to.
Do you deliver parts?
Yes, across London and Kent. Larger items such as engines and gearboxes go out on our own truck. You can also collect from our yard.
Do you supply garages and trade customers?
Yes. Trade customers can open an account with monthly invoicing.
I searched for vehicle recovery near me — how close are you?
Our yard is at Standard Wharf, 189 Manor Road in Erith, DA8 2AD, and every truck starts from there. If you are in Bexley, Dartford, Greenwich or anywhere in that belt we are usually with you inside half an hour. Further into London or out towards Medway and Maidstone it is closer to an hour. Ring us with your postcode and we will give you a real number rather than a hopeful one — and if somebody closer would genuinely reach you faster in an emergency, we will say so.
